⚠️ Important: Please do NOT send your return back to the manufacturer address on your shipping package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged, kpspoint.com will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
• Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse: If you ordered the wrong size, color, or no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like USPS, UPS, or FedEx) as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
