KPS Point provides:
✔ Product sourcing
✔ Order fulfillment
✔ Delivery coordination
✔ Support for Indian dropshipping sellers
Your responsibilities:
• Ensure product compliance with Indian laws and marketplace guidelines.
• Verify shipping, pricing, and return policies for end-customers.
• Handle customer communication professionally.
6️⃣ Orders, Payments & Fees
• All fees must be paid in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• You agree to pay all applicable charges incurred in connection with your account.
• Taxes, shipping, and service fees may be charged additionally.
• KPS Point may modify fees with notice posted on the website.
7️⃣ Refunds & Returns
• Refunds and returns are subject to KPS Point policies and supplier terms.
• For damaged or missing items, you must submit required proof (images, videos) as outlined in our Unboxing Guidelines.
• We do not guarantee refunds for products damaged due to customer handling.
8️⃣ Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (designs, text, trademarks, logos, software) is owned by KPS Point or its licensors.
You may not:
• Copy or distribute materials without permission.
• Use our IP for business or promotional purposes without authorization.
9️⃣ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
KPS Point will not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Your sole remedy is limited to the amount paid to KPS Point for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

• कोई अवैध या हानिकारक सामग्री अपलोड नहीं करेंगे।
• धोखाधड़ी, फिशिंग या गैरकानूनी गतिविधियों में शामिल नहीं होंगे।
• हमारी मूल्य निर्धारण या पूर्ति नीतियों को दरकिनार नहीं करेंगे।
उल्लंघन की स्थिति में खाता निलंबित या समाप्त किया जा सकता है।
5️⃣ ड्रॉपशिपिंग सेवाएं
KPS Point प्रदान करता है:
✔ उत्पाद सोर्सिंग
✔ ऑर्डर पूर्ति
✔ डिलीवरी समन्वय
✔ भारतीय ड्रॉपशिपिंग विक्रेताओं के लिए सहायता
आपकी जिम्मेदारी:
• भारतीय कानूनों और मार्केटप्लेस नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
• शिपिंग और रिटर्न नीति की पुष्टि करना।
• ग्राहकों से पेशेवर व्यवहार रखना।
6️⃣ ऑर्डर, भुगतान और शुल्क
• सभी भुगतान भारतीय रुपये (INR) में होंगे।
• सभी लागू शुल्क का भुगतान करना अनिवार्य है।
• टैक्स और शिपिंग शुल्क अतिरिक्त हो सकते हैं।
• शुल्क में बदलाव की सूचना वेबसाइट पर दी जाएगी।
7️⃣ रिफंड और रिटर्न
• रिफंड सप्लायर शर्तों के अनुसार होंगे।
• डैमेज या मिसिंग आइटम के लिए अनबॉक्सिंग वीडियो आवश्यक है।
• ग्राहक द्वारा नुकसान की स्थिति में रिफंड की गारंटी नहीं है।
8️⃣ बौद्धिक संपदा
सभी सामग्री KPS Point की संपत्ति है।
बिना अनुमति:
• कॉपी या वितरण नहीं कर सकते।
• व्यावसायिक उपयोग नहीं कर सकते।
9️⃣ दायित्व की सीमा
कानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक:
KPS Point निम्न के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा:
• अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान
• लाभ या डेटा की हानि
• सेवा के दुरुपयोग से नुकसान

उत्पाद गुणवत्ता या डिलीवरी समय की कोई गारंटी नहीं है।

• भुगतान न करना

7️⃣ റീഫണ്ട് & റിട്ടേൺ
• ഡാമേജ് ക്ലെയിമിന് അൺബോക്സിംഗ് വീഡിയോ നിർബന്ധം
• ഉപഭോക്തൃ കൈകാര്യം മൂലമുള്ള നാശത്തിന് ഗ്യാരണ്ടി ഇല്ല
8️⃣ ബൗദ്ധിക സ്വത്ത്
എല്ലാ ഉള്ളടക്കവും KPS Point ന്റേതാണ്.
9️⃣ ബാധ്യതാ പരിമിതി
അപ്രത്യക്ഷ നഷ്ടങ്ങൾക്ക് ഞങ്ങൾ ഉത്തരവാദിയല്ല.
🔟 അസ്വീകരണം
സേവനങ്ങൾ “as-is” അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് നൽകുന്നത്.

നിയമലംഘനം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പേയ്മെന്റ് പരാജയം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ അക്കൗണ്ട് റദ്ദാക്കാം.
1️⃣2️⃣ പ്രാബല്യ നിയമം
ഇന്ത്യൻ നിയമങ്ങൾ ബാധകമാണ്.
